The majority of our staff and workforce are company trained and as a result everyone is aware of the high standards we attempt to maintain. All our staff have Enhanced Disclosure Scotland and 3 operatives have Home Office Security Clearance.
All operatives at Neil Hart (Electrical) Ltd are fully qualified electricians covering all aspects of domestic electrical contract work in all types of properties providing a number of domestic electrical services to private homeowners, landlords, estate agents and property management companies across Scotland.
We are fully qualified electricians covering all aspects of commercial electrical installations and maintenance for shops, showrooms, hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars, nightclubs and all retail and leisure premises. We also cover commercial electrical installations and electrical maintenance for offices, factories and warehouses including industrial or manufacturing units and local authorities across Scotland.
The reasons to undertake Testing of your electrical insallation (Fixed Wiring testing) and portable appliances (PAT Testing) include complying with the Electricity at Work Regulations - to minimise the risk of fire and injury caused by faulty electrical wiring or appliances, to remove the risk of your insurance company disputing a claim for damage from fire through insufficient maintenance, and to comply with ISO Quality Assurance.
Neil Hart Electrical is fully qualified in Electrical Design/Build construction. With increasing demand for tighter schedules, early commitment to budget and a single point of accountability, Design/Build is the preferred project delivery method among industry leaders. Our team of fully qualified engineers, construction specialists and Design/Build estimators provide detailed engineered drawings and budget conscious design.
