Initially, I posted a negative review, only to discover that it was meant for the wrong plumber. Gary reached out and demonstrated a full understanding of the mix-up. I invited him to assess the necessary work, and he arrived punctually as scheduled. He promptly got to work and efficiently resolved the issues. While he was here, we also asked him to address another matter, and he happened to have all the necessary parts in his van. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the work and the excellent service provided. I will undoubtedly turn to him again if the need arises.

Gary was friendly and proffessional. I Rung him as had a leak on my toiket. He was able to aome straight away, gave me a time frame he would arrive, and he was on time. He checked it all and got the work done there and then. I would use him again and would reccomend him to others.

Bathroom burst pipe at 7.15am, causing some flooding while switching off the water. Spoke with Gary at 7.35am. He came at 8.10am and fixed within 20 minutes. Excellent service at a good price. He had the spares so done and dusted 👍

Gary responded to my phone call and arranged an acceptable time to look at & fix a leaking outside tap. The job was not straightforward as it turned out, but he dealt with it confidently competently & I was very pleased with the result. Gary is friendly and easy to talk to; he doesn't make you feel ill at ease & explains what he is doing & why; I felt confident in his ability & have arranged further jobs as I was satisfied with the job completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary.

Picked up the phone right away and was with me in less than an hour. Had everything he needed to fix the problem and also advised on how to fix other issue I had for no charge! Lovely man, would always recommend!

My 88 year old mum called him out to do a quick fix. He was in the house for 15 minutes and wanted to charge her £90 and not only that but sign a document in 3 places(who signs a document after a tap is fixed?). He advertises that he offers OAP rates and that there is no call out charge. Absolute scam preying on the vulnerable.
In response to the tradesman's reply, he absolutely did not provide a written quote. She absolutely did not agree to the price before work was started. When she called me in tears after he left she was very shaken up. He also hasn't addressed why exactly a "receipt" needs

I have used Gary's services twice now: he repaired my toilet earlier this year (which has been working perfectly ever since), and today he replaced the valves in my bathroom taps. Both times I have been very impressed with how efficient and reliable he is. Today he came within 2 hours of my call and he did the work very quickly. He carries all plumbing parts and materials in his van, so he doesn't keep you waiting. His prices are very good value too. I will definitely use him again when I need a plumber and I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!
