Its conception and philosophy is to provide a complete construction service from design through construction and finally maintenance. This new residential student house was commissioned by the college to give challenged young adults an environment to develop skills so they are able to lead an independent life. The ground conditions were suspect due to the removal of very large tree's and clay subsoil's. We had to pile the foundations and install reinforced ring beams.
This new head office was commissioned by the joint venture company of Foster Yeoman and Hanson Aggregates. Mendip Rail Ltd required a new purpose built head office for more efficient running of their business. Open plan office area was needed for the scheduling department. Training room and board level manager's offices.
This new build traditional contract had to be completed in the closed. Demolition of existing structure. Ground conditions were severe due to the proximity of very large tree's and blue clay subsoil's. We had to pile the foundations and install reinforced ring beams. A steel frame building was erected to allow for full open plan usage of retail area.
This pair of tired town houses was purchased by a property development company. Hazelcliff was contracted to update electrical, heating, hot and cold water systems. New installation of kitchens and bathrooms and replacement of fixtures and fittings. Work was carried out in a private gated community so additional constraints on working hours, no of site vehicles and waste disposal were imposed on our working conditions.
