Jenkins Carpets is a family run business where everyone is super friendly and helpful.
From initial point of contact, choosing the right carpet or vinyl, measuring up and then fitting, the staff at Jenkins are so helpful and genuine. They don't try and upsell anything, they listen to the requirements and advise from there. I've used them for 5 different properties and not been disappointed.
These guys have a great variety of carpets and vinyls and all at a great price!

Great price for the carpet I wanted, fitters came carpeted my front room and hall in just one hour.. I got a quote from another it was 50% more expensive was going to take all day and would not take the old carpet which Jenkins did.

First class service and very competitive prices ... you get the personal touch from start to finish that the other national chains simply cannot offer. The carpet and laminate fitters that visited our house were simply brilliant ... excellent finish and no mess. Excellent experience from start to finish with Jenkins Carpets. Fitted a new carpet throughout and new vinyl flooring in the bathroom and kitchen.

5 stars are not enough for Jenkins! Over the years we have had our whole house fitted with carpets, hard floors and vinyl and only ever used Jenkins Carpets. Always great value and always brilliant service, not only in store but also from their team of fast, efficient friendly fitters and their incredible after sales service. ( We had a nasty spillage which damaged a newly fitted carpet. Great advice and follow up! )

Helpful and friendly shop staff who found me a good product in the price range I wanted to pay. Excellent fitting which is important to me as I've had other carpets fitted nowhere near as well. Really happy with the service, we will be back.
