Awful company. They provided an incorrect quote and was then incredibly rude to me over the phone. I couldn't afford to withdraw from the contract and start again with the process as it would have held up my extension which would have incurred further costs. The doors they fitted had no end of problems.
EDIT: In response to Custom House, I was a customer and if you'd like me to prove it, I can. Although it's not a memory I'd like to relive people should be aware that they are a terrible company and are clearly unable to accept any criticism so will never change

Great experience for our new bi-fold doors - every step of the way. Firstly lots of great information, suggestions, options, quotes before our decision. I got three different companies involved and quoted - these guys not only the best price but also the most info and help. Then easy and quick process to firm up the order, get proper measurements and quick to deliver and install. Installer great too, tidy, friendly, finishing touches all sorted like sorting out the beading. Nigel, George and Jason get my particular thanks. Would definitely use again, and have recommended to many already.

I was informed that Custom house fitted the windows to my house. When I had a problem with the Bifold door naturally I called Custom House to try to make a claim under warranty.
The person (Nigel, the owner) who picked up the phone took a terrible tone with me only grunting when asked any questions before shouting "I don't do warranties". When I asked if he was sure, given these products all have warranties, he hung up.
Do not use this company whatever you do!

I went to have a look at some of the bi fold doors on display at Custom House Windows on Tuesday as have been personally recommend them by my builder who has used them several times and been very happy with them. Nigel was really helpful and took time to explain the different types and systems. It was great to be able to see them in person and try them out as I couldn't find anywhere else to see them (even the larger retailers such as Wickes, Homebase etc don't have them in store). We're creating a new hole in the wall for the doors so once I have the measurements I will be back in touch with Nigel
