PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Absolutely terrible experience. Plumber entered the property for 3 minutes (he didn’t even park his van as wanted to avoid parking fee) and still got charged a £106 call out fee. The plumber was was swearing the whole time and commented on my physical appearance (I’m 29 and was alone in the house).... which made me feel uncomfortable. Complete rip off

I wanted to have my heater serviced before I sold my home. Stan did a great job with the service and also at explaining what he had done. Plumber Chelsea SW3 has a new customer now.
