Shocking treatment of staff, very high turn over in employees , so many better companies to deal with, avoid at all costs
If my composure of doing everything that was asked of me during my employment to the best of my ability was deemed a sackable offence then I'm guilty of just that, however knowing that several former employees suffered dismissal without reason just before the 2 year cut off , according to acas you are sailing close to the wind indeed, ok while it is not a legal requirement to give a reason to sack people it's just good practice ain't it ?
