I've used John twice now and both times I was really happy with the service we got - would 100% recommend him to anyone. The first instance we had a leak coming into our flat from above and he came out on an emergency call - he was able to find the source of the leak and stop the constant dripping into our flat really quickly. He then also fixed a dripping tap in our kitchen on another occasion (picture of our new tap is attached!). On both visits he was prompt, professional, INSANELY knowledgeable about the issues we were having and really efficient. I really trust him and will use his services
