From my first conversation with Tony I felt at ease dealing with the company. Explained about non working storage heater the next day Richard called diagnosed 1 broken element. I asked if he could replace all 4 elements no problem I had to wait a day for these elements to come Richard came back to fix heater and also replaced a plug socket.
All of which are a detailed electrical inspection where a series of tests with specialist testing equipment are carried out on an existing electrical installations wiring, components and accessories to identify (in order of priority) any deficiencies against the national safety standard for electrical installations and in accordance with current regulations in which a report (on completion) is issued.
You have not had an electrical inspection carried out by a registered electrician in the last 10 years. It is the responsibility of any Landlord or Employer to ensure the safe and correct operation of an electrical installation.
