Our experience and knowledge within a wide variety of building disciplines and practices has allowed us to successfully execute all types of development projects ranging in budget from 10,000 to a 2 Million refurbishment of a historic listed building. We conscientiously follow the brief given to us by each of our clients or architects.
We are equipped to provide rapid response, reactive maintenance services to both our business and domestic clients. With no job being regarded as too small or too large, we have an extensive portfolio of well-established clients who use our maintenance service on a regular basis. Whether it is extreme weather, flood or fire damage or simply general wear and tear, we would be happy to advise and provide you with quotations where appropriate.
MCW Scotland has a joinery manufacturing department operating from 5000sq/ft custom built premises in Ayr. The department is managed by Mr Allen Findlay, a Director of the company with over 30 years experience in bench hand joinery and cabinet making and a reputation in the trade for superior craftsmanship.

Included all stonework repairs and re-pointing, full internal re-fit to restore all finishes to original including matching exactly all timber profiles, conversions from garage to gym facility and stable to self contained cottage accommodation.
