I was so lucky that I found Rhys to install my new boiler. He was genuine, very knowledgeable, professional, very helpful and friendly. He tried to fix my old boiler on the first day (spent about almost an hour) but unfortunately we found out that the part needed had been discontinued. Rhys didn't charge me for his time. Then he came back on two days time to install a new boiler. He was very clean, tidy and charged me very competitive rate. He truly did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Rhys to all my friends and family.

I can't recommend React heating enough. From beginning to end they where fantastic, friendly, helpful, competitive and honest. Not pushy at all, just gave really good honest advise. Their work is bang on. No short cuts, great quality. And for me the most impressive aspect is the after service. Still as happy to help after the work as before it. Brilliant.

Rhys has completed three jobs for me in the past year. I have found Rhys trustworthy, honest, reliable, friendly and hardworking. He completed the work to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. First he replaced a toilet. I then asked for a quote to completely refit a new bathroom suite in the house which he did to a very high standard and for a very reasonable price, he also serviced the boiler and fixed a dimmer switch which had been out of action for a year. No job was too big or too small.
