Rang these guys to arrange to a specialist clean for some very high windows inside and out. The man I spoke to in Galashiels was really promising but passed my details to 'Bruce' in the Kelso area saying he would phone me- I waited a week-nothing! I phoned again and was told the elusive Bruce would definitely be in touch! Another fortnight has passed and fortunately I managed to find someone else who actually did what they said! If they don't want the work they should just say, to leave potential customers hanging on is unprofessional and actually downright rude!
