I can't comment on the product or the installation, but the customer service is shockingly poor. If you are thinking of using them, think again and run a mile.
We asked Counter PS windows to quote for a replacement door on a property near Rock, 15 minutes from their office and store. As we live 90 minutes away we had to arrange a specific time and day so CPS could come and measure up etc. We drove over in the morning and waited for their arrival at 11:00am on the agreed date. At 11:30am they phoned and apologised they would not be coming as Shaun(?) was ill and had to come home. Fair enough people
