Couldn't be happier with every aspect of the service provided by MWH, from initial contact to ongoing communication and job completion. Marc sent Jon out to us at very short notice to fix a leak and replace a tap in our kitchen, helped us source exactly the tap we wanted with a really speedy supply process and then fitted it expertly despite challenging plumbing in our house (original house builders cutting corners). They came back a few days later to do some touch ups and ensure everything was working. They even managed to fix a job we had wanted doing for some time by fitting a new bath door

MWH have been top-notch from the first time we used them over 3 years ago with our cranky old boiler. They've seen us through everything from boiler servicing, keeping an aged boiler alive as long as they could (until the fatal fault), fitting our new boiler and many little things in between. Including today, rehanging the rad in my daughter's bedroom after it fell off the wall......
Jonathan and Tyler arrived within the 1/2 hour window promised (including a text to advise they were stuck in traffic and might be late). Both were great, talked us through what needed doing and got straight on with
