I have used Glow zone several times. The engineers are very efficient . Recently my boiler packed up and I gave Glow zone a call around 8.30 am and they were able to send an engineer around 12 and he was there on time and found out the boiler needed a new fan. Luckily one was on stock which he managed to pick up and make the boiler work gain around 2ish. This is the quickest time ever one could get the boiler fixed.

I've used Glowzone multiple times and always been happy with the service even if the price is a little on the high side. However on the most recent visit they wanted to charge £72 for less than 3 minutes in my property to diagnose a fault with a tap - then gave me a quote on top of that to fix it with furher labour + parts (with the obligatory 20% markup on retail price of course!). As someone who had used them for many years, it would appear that they don't value long-term customers and so I won't be using them again.

Glowzone installed a new Worcester boiler. I was impressed with every stage of the process. Prompt quote for the work and effective office administration. The two engineers who fitted the boiler were professional, hard working and friendly. Very pleased with the outcome and would certainly approach Glowzone again for future work.
