I’ve used Westwood Fencing for years, but the quality of the panels in my last order was shocking! Completely different construction to what I’ve previously bought from Westwood (they no longer have 6 vertical batons). I doubt these will last 5 years...The quality is on par with Wickes/B&Q panels.
In hindsight I should have rejected them upon delivery, but having waited 2 weeks I just wanted to get the job done.
You need to go back to your previous production methods!

Absolutely shocking service!!! Do not use if you are expecting the same service before they got taken over and when they were West Wood Fencing. Ordered a gate and PAID FOR at the time of ordering along with posts and hardware told it would be ready the end of following week. Two weeks after order date I get a phone call wanting clarification on what gate I ordered (guy was very vague) and told would be made within the hour for collection, 4hrs later no phone call, called them, another guy couldn’t find my order and once again sounded vague and said he would call back. Eventually someone else

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE , FROM PURCHASING THE PANELS I WANTED TO ACTUAL DELIVERY TO MY HOME ADDRESS 43MINS , EXTREMELY PLEASANT /HELPFUL STAFF . THE QUALITY OF THE FENCING PANELS IS FAR SUPERIOR THAN ANY OTHERS I VIEWED.

This is a genuine unbiased appraisal. These panels are top quality, very good looking and sturdy. I bought from these suppliers- Westwood- and erected myself .The delivery was excellent and valuable advice given as well, for me to do the job correctly (little tips that made all the difference).
These panels were only a little more cost than the standard prices but far superior in strength and appearance and have already withstood strong gusts and gales whilst previous 'Superstore' ones at end of garden are bending and buckling all over the place.
