DCS Universal Building Contractors Ltd provides a full range of construction services to domestic and commercial clients. These include new builds, house extensions, property conversion and commercial projects. We are a team of skilled, hardworking, friendly and considerate builders who are producing a high quality finish to all work undertaken.
Demolition of existing warehouse and redevelopment, including construction of two storey building with first floor rear roof terrace situated at front of site and single storey building with accommodation in the roof at rear of the site with associated car parking, cycle parking, refuse/recycling storage and associated landscaping to provide six residential units (1 x 1 bedroom, 3 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom units).
We are delighted with the work done by DCS universal. Sorin and his colleagues were extremely conscientious and worked unbelievably hard to get the job done within as small a timescale as possible. They kept us involved and updated at each point during the project and paid great attention to detail in reproducing certain features of the house.
