This was the first time I had used a professional moving firm who fitted us in at the last minute due to exchange date difficulties in the moving chain. They were friendly, punctual, had great banter and sense of humour and the move was efficient and smooth. There were no problems and everything went well even doen to dismantling and re-assembling beds.

As a prominent jewellery retailer in Beaconsfield for 34 years, I do understand the principles of caring for a client’s precious possessions.
Unfortunately, Cox’s Removals did not show the same respect or caring for our property.
We moved from our five bedroom home of thirty years in Beaconsfield on the 16th August 2021. In hindsight I should have called a halt to proceedings on the day when two of the four man crew transpired to be sons of the Director on school holidays.
When at 4.00pm we had not completed the loading, the new owner, on her third visit to take possession of the property

Very efficient and friendly service at both ends. Removed a quantity of items to dispose of at dump. If anything negative we would say communication with us before clearing a room could have been better as some small things were packed that we did not intend to remove. Also all food was packed at the end of the first day leaving us to get a take away.

Initial experience of quotation and helpfulness dealing with the office was very good. On the day, the removals guys did a pretty good job, however, the mishandled our dressing table and dropped it - causing it to be damaged beyond repair. To be fair the guys were honest enough to admit and accept liability and even reported it back to the office before telling us what they had done. They said it will be fine - as the insurance will cover it. However, once we got a price to replace the said dressing table (£1578) and submitted the claim to their insurance company (Removals Claims Services based

I had a mixed experience with Cox.
In 2008, we used Cox to move us and their work experience trainee (supposedly an expert packer) filled boxes with irreplaceable mementos without proper packaging. If you buy a pot in the Florida Keys or in Ecuador, it's not like you can replace it when it gets smashed up. At least that time, we did get some money back.
In September 2018, on the basis that they would treat me with a little more care, given the experience last time, they moved me again. Another four figure sum. They broke 2 pictures - which at least were easy to get reframed. [In fact they broke
