Ordered 12 panels at just under £600, service excellent with a return email informing me these could take up to 8 weeks for delivery but hoped for less. Just over 2 weeks later got a phone call from my Neighbor stating there was a Driver with the panels at my home wanting to know where to put them.(Which he also had to help to unload) Cannot complain about the delivery time but not just to Text, Phone or email to confirm the delivery date I found unacceptable. To add to this we had intended ordering a further panel. I contacted Trentham Timber and the reply back was partly this ,We do always try
