I called ALM plumbing because I had sewer gas escaping from a drain in my bathroom. I had a new trap fitted to try and resolve this. When I got home I discovered that my drawer would no longer fit inside the bathroom unit because he hadn't bothered to get the correct size parts for the job. When I questioned this I was told to get a saw and cut my drawer instead of him coming back out and doing a proper job that had already been paid for. He said over a month ago he would come back and fix the job and is now not responding to messages. On top of that I still have gas coming up through the plug

I would definitely recommend Aston from ALM plumbing! After recently moving into a flat, Aston came out to give me a quote. I wanted the bathroom completely ripped out and replaced, as well as a few other things throughout the flat such as adding a stop valve and replacing a radiator with a different sized one. The work was very reasonably priced and Aston was very knowledgeable, with some good suggestions so I went ahead with getting him to do a lot of the work.

Excellent in every respect.
Aston is everything you could wish for in a plumber; he is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Getting tradesmen to come to the centre of town for relatively small jobs can often be problematic but Aston was happy to oblige and his rates are very reasonable.
I will certainly call on him for any future work that I need done and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Had trouble getting a reliable plumber to fix my shower. Called ALM and he came out next day to give a free quote for job. Diagnosed the issue swiftly and saved me money by directing me to website to get the parts needed. Was very responsive to all my questions, phone calls and texts. Very professional, competent and a the best tradesman I've ever had do work for me. And above all, the cost very reasonable and was way under other quotes I had. I'll be using AML for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommending him to anyone that asks.

Fantastic service from Aston at ALM. Highly responsive emergency service, couldn't believe that he turned up within 20 minutes of calling on a Friday evening. Great communication and very reliable follow up service with very reasonable prices. Plan to use ALM for all future plumbing and heating needs in my home.

Would have no trouble in recommending ALM to anyone. They answered the call and came out to have a look at our showers thermostatic valve when others wouldn't.
Didn't take Aston long to identify the problem and provide a temporary solution that allowed us to keep the water on to the rest of the house while he sourced replacement part. In order to get us back to normal service ASAP, he offered to return on a Sunday evening, rather than leave it another day.
Will certainly use ALM again if we have any other issues in the future.
