With the exception of the fitter this has been a total mess. Took money up front almost £2700 for splashbacks. Then did not contact. I had to call them. Glass was cut wrong onc2 panels. Another blew up in the house. Then had to restart. Again no contact. Damage brand new unfinished flooring. Said they would send out a French polisher. Stupid thing to do. No discount or reimbursement as it is company policy. Which leaves this company not responsible for their actions. DO NOT USE. Disgrace

Forsyth Glazing supplied and fitted my bespoke shower screen in Nov 2019. They did a fantastic job, from quoting to measuring and installing. Workmanship was top quality and it fitted like a glove. I should have posted this review at the time and didn't manage to. Recently I thought the door was sticking a bit; they were out within a week and have made it good as new....turned out the door seals just needed adjusted. So great long term customer service and customer commitment as well. THANK YOU.

We placed an order for a bespoke splashback mid covid and were told from the outset that it would take approx 8 weeks. We paid half the balance at booking and a fitter was sent to
Measure the area for accuracy. Once this was done we paid the balance and it was ordered. When it arrived they called to inform us and gave us a window for fitting. The night before the sales office called and narrowed the time down which was helpful. On the day of fitting they arrived on time and were professional and the job was done efficiently.
