Redwood Tree Services Ltd is an established company based in Woking, with our Bio-fuel operation now a registered Tree Station with Surrey County Council. We cover most of Surrey and the surrounding counties of the south-east of England. We specialise in Arboriculture, Forestry, and Bio-fuel. We provide sound advice and high quality workmanship to an ever-growing and diverse clientele.
Redwood Tree Services provide an extensive and comprehensive service to both commercial and private clients - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I just wanted to thank you for an excellent chipping session. You chipped just over 200 tonnes (green measure). This is a great result and underpins my faith in a highly competent crane operator who is always feeding and does not get all snarled up against bigger machines and other operators.
Crane operations require skill from both crane operator and Arborist, and can be extremely dangerous if the Surgeon doesn't know what he is doing. Over loading the crane would spell certain disaster. This type of operation is major tree surgery. We have carried out over 40 tree removals in this way either because the tree has become too dangerous to deal with using conventional methods of dismantling or because the tree has split or snapped.
Stump removal is another service we offer, we have two types of grinder. When removing stumps it is always important to determine where all the services to the house are located, a stump grinder will cut though almost anything which can do damage to both the machine and the operator, we also use heavy duty protective screens to safe guard the site from flying debris.
We've carried out numerous crane operations with Lee Lifting Crane Specialists, they are probably the best crane company in the South East, well once again it was time for some additional help removing some very large chunks of wood on a very differcult site in East Horsley. Gary from Lee Lifting did a superb job of getting the crane sited and ready for work, and removed each section with precision!

Nick has just been with three other lads and felled a 24 meter high conifer in the corner of our small garden and took all of the cuttings through a narrow door and garage to the drive outside. No an easy job. A profession job all round. No fuss quality job and all clean when they left. There are others with chain saws in our area but not Nicks quality. We'll done and would use again in future.
