I found this company a great service and as a local person they are very handy and helpful making a call out when my lock was busted and literally locked in with my daughter couldn’t get to school the boss Charlie came out and saved us in minutes!
I can’t thank them enough , I also to have a visual disability and who else could I possibly get help from .
They are an asset to the community and also give very good advice for whatever your needs.

I called their helpline about a security key duplication before making the journey to the shop in Hammersmith only to be told they could not copy the key unless I could produce a keycard. Never had one in 7 years of house ownership- Strangely these keys have been duplicated for me elsewhere in the past and I find that "DO Not Duplicate" does not mean its illegal to copy it.
ONLY "Restricted" is illegal I am told.
This company does not get good reviews and is lacking in civility and customer experience -not good.

I decided to contact YY Security in Hammersmith after not being happy with the customer service I received from two different locksmiths (I did not receive quotes for the lock replacement as requested) . I was very pleasantly surprised when I was treated as a customer should be. I accepted the YY Security quote for the work on the door and the work was done as agreed. I am a very happy customer.

YY Security is possible one of the worst service based company I have ever dealt with. They simply do not seem to want your business. Repeatedly, I have been advised to expect a call to arrange, re-arrange and re-re-arrange the appointment for the repair of my window and still 4 weeks later nothing has been done. At least the service they provide isn't one to do with the security of my home, no wait it is! Well, at least they don't pride themselves on being with you within 30 minutes, no wait they do.
