Don't overfill or make the boxes too heavy; If you can't lift the box the removal men probably can't either. If you have lots of books or heavy items to pack - only half fill a box with heavy items and fill up the rest of the space using cushions or clothes. Label your boxes of what room they have come from and a brief description of what is in the box just in case you need to find something in a hurry.

Can't recommend Lincs Removals enough, they somehow managed to make the normally stressful process of moving actually fun. Alan and the guys are super friendly, fast to get the job done and place extra care in to making sure everything is secure. Joanna was brilliant at getting us all set up too. What an excellent service. We did have to rearrange moving dates a few times and every time they were very very helpful. We moved from England to Scotland and this didn't worry them. Moving day came and the guys were amazing, all very polite and noting was too much for them. Everything was packed and wrapped and all ready to leave within 2 hours. I was amazed at how well they worked in unison and so quickly. I would 100% recommend them .
