Ordered blinds for many years, recently had a kitchen blind fitted that was fitted incorrectly, after several calls and no visits have lost patience in trying to get the matter resolved - disappointing as always had good service and was going to have the rest of house renewed but we will be looking elsewhere.

WARNING! After a mistake made by the contracting fitter for this company, some blinds of ours that we were not replacing were removed and broken, leaving us with no living room window coverings. The owner of the company initially attempted to deny responsibility for this but eventually agreed a replacement. We have been waiting for this replacement since mid August, Mark initially gave us a 3 week timeframe!
Currently, we are being forced to chase Mark for weekly updates. Supplier issues are being blamed for the 2.5 month delay in replacing our blinds. Until such a time as these supplier issues

Ordered blinds £1250 , when fitted originally we were impressed ... couple of little faults, back bedroom blinds will not fold up. And the kitchen fitted window blinds were faulty. After many messages, it Took 3 months for a reply, finally they come out to view the errors. Damaged a slat repairing the kitchen door blinds , which is still damaged. And said they’d come back another time to sort back bedroom ?????? Quick enough to take our money and inept horrific after care wouldn’t put them in charge of an African village . Stay away at all costs, robbers

Payed for blinds and service to place them up.
Was given them and told to do it myself, I explained that i payed for the service and they were placed up shoddily. They didn't have enough beads and when i told them this they said that they would bring them back within the next working week and I never received them even after countless calls.
Honestly lacklustre work ethics and overall bad service.
