We were established in 1998 and the business has become one of the leading independent contract cleaners in the Hampshire area. We currently have over 120 cleaning contracts which are fulfilled by 180 members of staff. Mark Tutty starts Top Mops as one man and a van with a single cleaning client in a caravan park on the Isle of Wight for a few hours a week.

We re-cycle all plastic containers and glass - all our excess materials are re-cycled where possible. Paid several hundred pounds for a deep clean of my house after tenants moved out and had specifically asked whether top mops used commercial grade cleansing agents (to which they said they did) only to find that after the job was done, there were still missed patches and dirt that hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Light fixtures were not cleaned at all nor did they clean under the sinks/behind the toilets or the skirting boards.. what kind of service is this?
When questioned the response was extremely rude and I was basically told ‘tough’.
