Brilliant service! He really knows what he’s doing. We have been living in misery with a heating system that never seemed to work. Another plumber charged us a load of money and never solved the problem. Charlie diagnosed it in 15 minutes!! Was sorted quickly and now we can relax this Christmas. What a hero!

My boiler broke down this morning leaving us with no heat or hot water.The manufacturers were unable to offer any timely help even though the boiler was still under warranty. I rang Ap&H and a very cheerful and helpful man offered to repair the boiler that morning. He came within an hour and fixed the boiler in ten minutes. I cannot say how grateful and relieved we were and would heartily recommend AP&H to anybody who is looking for professional and speedy service with a smile.A commodity which is hard to come by these days.

I contacted Charlie to arrange for a gas outlet pipe from my meter to be altered when the meter was relocated.
He promptly came round and gave a very reasonable quote.
On the day, they were flexible with times to work around SGN doing their part. They worked quickly and left the area clean and tidy. The work itself was completed to a good standard.

We had a central heating shut down. I try and use local services where possible and called Ashtead plumbing and heating. Charlie was very helpful and despite working all of Saturday, still found time to call by on his way home and diagnose the problem which was a faulty water pump. Two days later as promised on Monday morning The job was completed for less than he had estimated which was a bonus!
Charlie was polite, friendly, and professional. He is a very tidy worker and it was a pleasure to meet him. Thanks Charlie, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Our boiler decided to die in the middle of the current cold spell. Minus 5 is not the best time for this sort of thing to happen.
Charlie was out to us the same day as called. He took a sensible, pragmatic approach to the situation, and called time on our old boiler (which to be fair didn't owe us anything). He was able to fit us in, and had his colleague Gary with us the next day, fitting a new boiler.
We've gone from cold and relying on a borrowed electric heater, to warm and toasty within 24 hours of the first inspection. Given how busy it is for this sort of situation with the weather, we

Our heating packed up on Friday, just in time for the weekend! Charlie kindly squeezed us in on Friday afternoon, after a quick assessment of the situation he told us what was needed and that he'd get the new parts ASAP. Sure enough he was back first thing Monday and replaced the broken parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy indeed. Clear explanations of everything he was doing and advice on how to make the best out of our boiler/heating system etc. Nice chap and great service!

We used Charlie for an emergency call out and needed him to rectify a leak that occurred while works was being carried out around a radiator. Charlie was extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Very happy with price, how quick he was to respond and the quality of work was faultless.
