Highly recommend Bishops Flooring. Oak flooring fitted in hall through to study. Mark was excellent when he came round to measure and discuss options. Craig and Dan fitted the floors with great care and used the boards to best effect. We are so happy with the result. The floor looks fantastic and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Just book them early as they are so busy!

We hired bishops to refloor our entire 4 bed house with engineered oak. We picked them because their price was the most competitive we found, and they were just really honest and down to earth.
I couldn't recommend them more. We had them in the house for a couple of weeks (it was a big job) and they were just so nice. The house looks great now. All the little details like the stairs and skirting boards were finished to a high standard. They were constantly vacuum cleaning and carefully moving our furniture around to make sure we were happy.

I just wanted to express our delight at our new floor. Despite the pandemic, Mark managed to show us a range of materials, safely visit our home to measure up, and within a relatively short time, Craig and Dan came to install. They did a really professional, tidy, discreet job, with Covid security intact. They worked with cheerfulness and intelligence. They went above and beyond, even fixing the skirting that my husband was planning to do himself, which saved him a lot of bending and kneeling. They advised on maintenance and left us a jar of suitable oil in case of scratches. The result is a beautiful

Our lounge and hall now have an excellent oak floor. Craig and Dan were very efficient during the installation and ensured that that they disturbed us as little as possible. The whole process from choosing the flooring with Mark through to the great end result went very smoothly. We live in a 1930's build detached house. Which back then had lovely oak floors laid in the hall, dining room and sitting room. Over the years wear and tear, neglect etc have all taken their toll!
On meeting Mark we were immediately filled with confidence. The quote was spot on, and it included sourcing some sympathetic oak to fit into a small extension.
Craig and Dan (with Mark supervising on day 1!!) did a fantastic job. They kept us posted all the way through the process. I was expecting lots of dust from the sanding but the equipment they have was fantastic; we've not had to wave a duster
