Not disgruntled, but disappointed and surprised that such a reportedly professional outfit was so unhelpful and unwilling to at least consider undertaking a paid job and who were, in my view, actually quite rude and condescending. I called Bowman Services as I wanted some works undertaken efficiently and effectively and their website gave me hope that this is what they could do. If they didn't want the work then fine, just politely decline (that's good customer service) but that did not happen, sadly.
