Highly recommend Lens storage. Staff were exceptionally helpful and made sure we had the best deal saving us money. We were updated at each stage of the process from arrival to goods bering collected by our removal firm.

Safe and secure however passing on their bills to the price of the customer storage is not acceptable by any means, we look for affordable and secure storage, we don't don't look to pay for someone else's electric bill or to have their building repainted as I found out today.
So for this I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff are mostly all friendly.

From the moment I contacted Len's self storage for a quote until I removed my personal effects which consisted of the contents of a 40 ft high cube shipping container which was unstuffed and stored at their premises it has been a pleasure to deal with this company.
Nothing was a problem for the team of Shannen and Ricky with whom I dealt and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
