Phil Loaring set up Loaring Development Ltd in March of 2011. Since then the business has grown from a small business to one that now employs 9 full time staff. Meet the team below. Back then he had just a handful of staff and customers. Starting from those humble beginnings Phil has increased his staff numbers to 9 including office staff and builders.
In addition to our building and development side, we also provide a property maintenance service covering the general upkeep of your property or rental property. We are fully trained builders and we can work to restore damage caused by flooding, fire, vandalsim, smoke damage and any other accidental damage.
We've completed quite a number of projects for a variety of clients over the years.
