Shipping costs are based on the weight of the item you are ordering and are added to your order at checkout. For items in stock we can offer a next day delivery to Mainland UK for orders placed before 12.00pm. Most items are shipped for next day delivery with DPD or heavy items on pallets which can take 2-3 days.

We had a potential warranty issue with a couple of Victron Batteries we purchased less that two years previously. Kuranda processed the claim expeditiously and although warranty didn't cover the delivery costs the products were replaced and hopefully will provide the kind of service such batteries should deliver. Thank you to all at Kuranda for their help in resolving the issue..

Darren was pleased to satisfy my request of upgrading the firmware of the item for me, which required considerable time and effort for him.
The item was shipped that day and arrived the next. There was a slight issue with the item; however, Kuranda went out of their way to resolve promptly and adequately.
