Terrible...... Having waited 10 weeks for a composite door to be installed it soon became apparent the lock wasn't as smooth as it should be and made entry very difficult at times.
Considering the manufacturer offers a cash payout of you can get through the door having difficulty getting in was a cause for concern.
A call to the company and we disappointedly had to settle for an appointment 3 weeks in the future.
3-weeks came but the engineer didn't a call to the company and they hadn't even booked in.
We still have a sticky lock and no response from the company as to when it's going to get

One of the worst, if not the worst, companies I've ever dealt with. Had issues at every stage with minimal apology. I was very reluctant to pay the final balance after all the issues but bearing in mind the impact Covid has had on small businesses I thought I'd just do the right thing rather than mess them about. I received a letter with the outstanding balance, phoned up to pay it, and they still tried to overcharge me despite it being there in black and white. Can't decide whether they are just chancers trying to rip people off or if they really are just incompetent.

First contact with this company today and very off putting. They insist that quotes are given by email rather than taking details down over the phone. If they can't be bothered to talk to me, I can't be bothered to talk to them... 8 bifold doors required and expected cost of approx 12 - 15K. Their loss, I will go elsewhere.

Droylsden Glass have just fitted 2 new windows and a composite door for us which we are really happy with. They are top quality and well fitted - the 2 guys who came to fit them were great and worked all day none stop. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them in future if ever needed! What can we say, long process but no fault of Droylsden glass, COVID and planning permission etc. We have had a one storey wrap round of our house, which includes a new one storey bedroom and a new conservatory. Quite a big project for them as they normally do conservatories orangeries, doors, windows etc. Everyone at Droylsden glass has been brilliant. The sales person Daniel, there was no pressure to do anything, he gave us all the information on our requirements. On top of being a reputable company, That’s what made us go for them rather than other quotes. All of the tradesmen were Exceptional
