An Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) is an assessment that checks for damage, deterioration, defects or danger within a property's electrical systems. A fuse board is the main hub of your home, responsible for controlling and isolating all the electrical circuits in the house. Rewiring is one of the most difficult electrical maintenance tasks a homeowner can face.
An EICR test is to check for danger within your property's electrical system. EICR stands for Electrical Inspection Condition Report, and functions as a detailed inspection of your property's electrical systems and installation. EICRs should be carried out by certified electricians who are fully insured, qualified and experienced to undertake such an important task.
A fuse board is the main hub of your home, responsible for controlling and isolating all the electrical circuits in the house. In the UK many homes are still equipped with an old style fuse box. We strongly recommend that you upgrade your fuse board for a new style consumer unit. This will provide better electrical safety to your property but more importantly, your family or tenants.
We specialise in rewiring homes throughout London. Our electricians are specifically trained in House Rewiring and qualified to 18th edition wiring regulations. We are NICEIC certified and have an efficient workforce to make upgrading your electrical system a quick and hassle free experience. Highly recommend House Rescue for EV charger installation. My installation was not straightforward and required some thought to ensure it didn’t look ugly when running the main power cable.
Also Jack and his team were very friendly and answered any questions I had throughout the installation, very tidy as well

Made installing an EV charger easy and stress free (after issues with other household name companies). Very professional, friendly and helpful from the start. All the paperwork was easy and straightforward and they applied for the govt grant on my behalf. Excellent communication about what was required prior to instal, on the day and set up/how to use the charger. Excellent non bias advice too. If you’re looking to have an EV charger installed look no further. Wish I’d found them sooner and avoided all the grief from others out there.

House Rescue was the appointed installer for a Hypervolt charger. Dealings with the team at House Rescue were mostly by Whatsapp, I found them very responsive. On the day, Jack and his colleague arrived on time and worked very efficiently, so the install was completed within a couple of hours. Price was very competitive compared with other similar charger installation quotes. I highly recommended House Rescue Electrical. Cheers, guys!

Jack and his team installed my x2 Hypervolts in my 2nd home in "Grenville" (Facebook: Enjoy London Life) I recently had Brand New Driveway for 2 cars done, though I don't have a EV yet as I am waiting delivery the new installation went absolutely smooth, Jack from start was very accommodating with requests, advising what to go for, what materials I should be getting as I had my builders install the 6mm EV Ultra cable, what I mean as part of the new driveway we had the buried the cables which both HyperVolts installed on Pedestals.
