One of the guys was nice dealt with appropriately. Another other whom I think owned the place extremely rude.
Needed a glass top for a awrkward shape table. Thry kept my table top as they needed as template. Kept it for 6 weeks with every excuse under the sun why ithe glass wasn't done. Glass was finally cut and table brought back, only to discover the table has been damaged. Looks like something had been spilt on it, it's embedded into table. Clearly they couldn't be bothered to clean it
off properly it still had a coffee or tea stain on. it. Disgusting.

Just had my kitchen grey splashback done by AC Glass.
I used them previously for a Lime green splashback which was great but I wanted a change of colour.
Craig did an excellent job on both occasions and I am delighted with the final product and quality of finish.

Very disappointed they did the glass of my stair and it was my mistake paying them before the job was finished so they just stick the handreil really baddly with glue was so orrible to see and the were the screws are you can see the glass cut.
I have contacted them so many times to come and repair but every time were too busy and couldn't make it so I did my self what I could ...while they were working they damaged my stair not careful at all on anything thoughing their tools all-over....until the job isn't done how you like don't pay. I would like to attach some pic but I don't see an option

I needed mirrored glass to put on back of a glass cabinet I was upcycling for my son, I gave the measurements over the phone & collected a couple of days later & mirror adhesive.This is the second time I have used this firm & they are fantastic,helpful & really good value .I would definitely recommend.

Craig and his team fitted some large bathroom mirrors for us , including one very awkwardly shaped one . The lads are polite , conscientious and tidy workers . We were so impressed with our mirrors that we have recently had a glass ballustrade fitted by AC Glass.It makes such a difference to our house! Craig is excellent at explaining the various options and designs available , and was able to show photos and videos of previous work which really helped us picture the finished design. Poor communication, poor attitude, poor punctuality, poor customer service. No precision whatsoever. Wouldn't ever recommend to anyone.
Failed to turn up the first time. Was told a week and a half to make. 4 weeks passed, kitchen measured twice. Turned up 2 hours late, the glass was finally in. One side of the splashback was too short. The other side too long. Chopped the back off on my wall units without mentioning it. Sent pictures to Craig telling him I wasn't happy, replied that they were "minor tolerances" but agreed to come out, reluctantly. Advised he would have to make the overhanging

Having had Craig twice to do work for me I should be giving a 5 star rating .Unfortunately having been left with a splashback that still needs sorting and over 5 weeks of waiting despite paying over £1000 in cash for a job that isn't right . I would very much warn any customers against using them and that is unfortunate but if they can't measure a job or fit it right and the owner can't even be bothered to put his work right there not even worth the one star. Answer is do not pay the clowns until you are 100% certain because you would be a fool to trust them.
