Reasonable CCTV but their customer service is quite poor. A CCTV camera went wrong after about 6 months and they fixed it for free, but accused me of causing the issue myself (not the case). Engineers are very blunt "we don't have to help you" and when calling their main number over the weekend they charge a lot per minute, which they didn't clearly state on their website. Would not recommend

I went there to do Cctv to do my work place
He is Racist not polite.He opened the door he does not invite me in. How rude you can be I am customer I try to do Cctv in my cafe , you can say you are not interested or etc .He blocked his office door half way not invite customer in to discuss further. How can you run business like this racist person.

In a previous role managing facilities for a large school DankoSec were already the preferred security contractor. In my time with the school If they couldn't help over the phone they were more than happy to visit site. When they were on site they were friendly, professional and on time.
