All our staff work on a non commission basis so there is no high pressure sales tactics! We prefer to let our customers simply have a browse, knowing we are there to help if you need us. We have a transparent pricing policy with no hidden costs, ie: we won't charge you to deliver your carpet when we are fitting it as others do!

I bought some lino from this store not realising it had imperfections the only time I noticed is when they laid it down and didn't even do a good job of it i am not buying from this store again!

The service we have received from these guys has been outstanding from start to finish. This has been the best service we have ever had from anyone.
They are so helpful in finding your needs and making sure you are happy with everything and have chosen correctly.
The support all the way through was amazing and the fitters was so friendly and did a perfect job.
If I could give a ten star rating I would for the service from these.
We would reccomend to anybody and will definitely use for future carpet.
