First class service, kept informed throughout by email/text. This visit was for annual boiler service, engineer was extremely polite and very very helpful. While doing the boiler service he discovered the gas pressure coming into my home was low he arranged gas board to visit and rectify the fault. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Alan installed a new boiler for me 7 years ago and has been servicing it annually since then. Recently he has replaced a couple of radiators and installed new kitchen and outside taps. I am very happy with the standard of Alan's work, he arrives on time and is clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him.

We are really pleased with the Underfloor Heating that Alan and his colleague from Ignite Plumbing installed. Work was delivered quickly and on time.
Worked was carried out in a professional way, very detailed quote, and reasonable price. After service was good as we asked Alan to return after the job was complete to help us set the digital thermostat.
