We serve the whole of London (that's the area inside the M25) and operate a 24 hour emergency callout service. When you call us, Alan, Dimitri or Ashley will be there straight away to help you. I initially contacted the company about fixing our front door lock. They responded quickly and were able to visit the same day. During their visit I was offered a new lock, which was fitted quickly, cleanly and professionally. Really happy with the overall service and finished product!

Dimitri was amazing - very helpful, honest and efficient, and saved us from being locked in our house! Also managed to replace parts of our lock whilst allowing us to keep our old keys which was a huge help. Charged a very good rate compared to all others, and generally a lovely guy!

We called London Locksmiths Ltd on the 29th September, needing the lock for our front door changed quite urgently. They were prompt, giving us a quote within five minutes and able to come out within 20 minutes.
We couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they fitted a new lock for our door, and how reasonable the service was too - especially so last minute. There were no surprise costs or hidden fees, no waffling and no nonsense!
The locksmith was professional and personable. Would definitely use again.
