Extremely rude and obnoxious sales person. I gave him the catalogue number of what I had seen, but he criticised my information for not being clear enough! That was not good enough for him to be able to find the tiles I was looking at. He insisted on needing the pages; I noted the page numbers did not tally with the photos. He continued to be negative, unco-operative, not clear in what he was looking for, and lazy and incapable of talking me through the web page so he could work out where I was. Alternative Tiles in Derby are a great team of independent tile specialists. Me and my partner arrived with just a vague idea of what we wanted and the team there were great in showing us a number of options available. We never felt pressured or pushy sales which we both hate. I have a small kitchen and decided it was time to give it a makeover – as Alternative Tiles is just across the road from me I popped in to get some inspiration. I was extremely impressed by how friendly and helpful Tim and the team were. I was shown a selection of tiles and eventually decided to go for a combination of glass and conventional tiles.
