With many years experience working with salvaged, reclaimed and upcycled timber, we truly understand all of the complexities and considerations involved in choosing a wood floor. The British Wood Flooring Company specialise in sourcing and fitting a vast range of antique, reclaimed, solid and parquet wood floors to suit all styles and tastes. By using salvaged stock, we are able to create stunning bespoke floors for our discerning clients looking to achieve a truly authentic finish to their home.
The architect designed the interior layout to maximise covers, personal space and intimacy by creating discrete sections with luxurious banquette seating enclosed by oak dwarf walls. A light maple acoustic ceiling keeps noise levels to a muted but buzzy level reflecting the serenity of the surroundings.

The British Wood Flooring Company have just finished laying an engineered wooden floor in my large living room. The whole experience from quotation to completion was outstanding. David kept me up to date at every stage and the fitter (Steve) worked long hours and fitted my floor to an extremely high standard and was a pleasure to have around.

Excellent repair and rejuvenation of old parquet floor in a Grade II* property , plus breathed new life into a newer, but slightly neglected, parquet as well as other oak floors in the house. Professional, discreet and excellent attention to detail. Importantly they are prepared to dedicate proper time to doing the job to high standard. This is a quality service, so expect to pay for the time that it takes for someone to painstakingly nurture your floors back to life by hand. Fully recommend.
