Services
If you would like the company to proceed, a site survey will be conducted of the property. At this stage a deposit will be paid to cover the time of the survey, drawing production and consultation with the planning department. A full measured survey of the premises will be conducted to a high level of accuracy using the latest Laser surveying equipment.
Stage 2. Building Regulations The final stage is the production of the building regulations standard drawings. This is to make the application to your local authority to ensure your proposals will conform to UK Building Regulations. 1. Completed Building Regulations application forms signed and dated by the agent.
1. Are you a builder and what is an Architect? Answer: No we are not a builder we are architectural designers to be exact Chartered with the Institute of Architectural Technologists; we prepare the drawings for planning and building regulations permission. 2. Can you recommend builders? Answer: We work in conjunction with a builder in the north and south of Birmingham we can provide their details after drawing production.
