I contacted John Collins Electrical expecting to be told that our ten year-old oven was beyond repair, or that spares were unavailable. The appointment was easy to book and the problem was quickly diagnosed. Less than a week later, the replacement fan was fitted, at a very reasonable cost. Thank you John Collins, for a fast, friendly and efficient repair that exceeded expectations: shame I can't give six stars!

They fixed my Dyson whose brush wasn't turning and even cleared the brush completely from debris it had. Now it's like new. So Bertha the hoover is back in business!
I also had a temperamental dish washer which wasn't draining but decided to work well when they came to see it. Leaving me no choice but to pay the call out fee. However, the technician came to bring back the hoover and kindly gave the washer another quick look. He adjusted the drainage pipe and now it seems to be working fine! I would recommend John Collins Electrical. They fixed our appliances well saving us a lot the replacement
