I would just like to say that I called yeasterday to confirm a quote that my husband was given and had been spoken to very rudely by what I assume is a receptionist which completely put me off from even considering this company to do a survey for us. As if selling and buying a property isn’t stressful enough I would have to deal with someone rude, no thank you.

Sounded great on the phone and was able to book in a survey for my flat very quickly. I was told that I would have a verbal report within two days of the survey and that I would be emailed a written report within about a week and then get a hard copy in the post shortly after that. Perfect! If only it was that easy.
My survey happened on Friday 19th May. I finally got a verbal report after me ringing them twice on Monday 26th May (10 days later). The flat is old and the survey revealed a lot of work which needed doing. I therefore wanted to negotiate on the asking price and needed the report ASAP
