I am delighted with the bath panel I ordered from Bath Panel Store recently. My son measured the panel for me, but I was very sceptical about ordering it on-line. I need not have worried, the panel arrived well packed and secure and it had been cut perfectly to size, so it slid into a very tight space with no problem and the result is very pleasing.

Ordered a bespoke panel as nothing is straight or flat in my house. Made a right mess of the measurements, but was questioned by Brendan. Remeasured and agreed on a plan. Arrived well packaged and with all the bits I needed. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but given i messed up original measurements was worth the wait to get the right fit. I have taken the risk of fitting straight away as fed up of my son getting water everywhere and the cat scuttling into the holes behind... But do read the fitting guide for best recommendations. Bespoke panel buys me time to save up and get a properly

We bought a brilliant white gloss tongue and groove style Aqua Cloak flexible bath panel for a P shaped bath from BathPanelStore in 2012. We are about to reposition the bath slightly and have just taken delivery of an extension kit. The panels arrived in perfect condition and before the time stated so all good. Our original panels still look as good as the day we got them. Really recommend, have lasted for 9 years and still going strong. Still look fresh and clean.

I bought a made to measure Bath panel. It arrived within the delivery time stated and is good quality. There was a small bit of transit damage and a fair reduction in price was quickly offered. It was a large panel and was reasonably packaged. The panel came missing the 'top lip' that I'd specified. I was told that because of the dimensions it wasn't possible to add it. I was suprised that they didn't check with me that this was OK before proceeding with the order hence only four stars. Panel fitted first time and I'm pleased with the result. My bath panel, which cost me a lot of money, has still not arrived despite the company's claim that it has been delivered. Alan insists that they have photographic evidence of delivery but hasn't shared it with me, despite my request this morning. Alan has made no attempt to reassure me that he is making making further enquiries with the courier. It is now 5pm. When a company behaves like this, it can only damage their reputation. Shame on you.

I cannot warn people off this company more. I ordered a bath panel which arrived damaged and faded. Couldn't get hold of anyone for days to activate their 'guarantee' of a replacement so eventually asked for a refund.
Now, I have been told I can have a refund if I return the item. £37 to try and recoup the cost of my £240 product that I can't use through no fault of my own....
Update: Returned the damaged item at my own cost over a week ago and have had no response since. Phone lines do not work and emails go ignored. Going to have to go to the Ombudsman I think.

There were some gaps in communication which is the one negative I would say, seems like a small team managing queries and installations. That said the install date was set and confirmed just before. The installation took a few hours and looks brilliant. I asked for some Velcro panels for access also done very neatly. I didn’t have to worry about size ordering or cutting to size which I

The product I ordered was faulty. Completely bowed.
When I asked customer service to help they sent me a link with instructions to bend the product back in shape with heavy books etc. I done this and still no difference. When I got back in touch with the customer service rep, he was very argumentative, rude and told me this doesn’t class as ‘faulty’. However if I wanted to return at my own cost because ‘I didn’t want the item’ I could. Great trick so I have to pay the £40 delivery costs. Just wanted to warn others of the poor customer service experience I had.. that was totally unhelpful

This company is a total scam. They take your money make promises and either part deliver or not at all. Brendan Mulvihill will blame TNT every time, when it is him that is taking the money with no intention of providing a service or product. Don't just take my word for it read all other reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you'd be better off going to a casino or the bookies, at least you might win!! I have posted some pictures of what the Bath Panel Store really looks like
