Just had to leave a good review for simply bamboo excellent communications throughout the purchase and more purchases of bamboo flooring the quality was outstanding scratch resistant definitely almost Unscratchable ! Superb Sheen finish wonderful to handle and work with so pleased we chose this company and they helped us throughout until the end of the total fix despite problems on our behalf they continued to help and guide us until completion highly recommend ! We have used Simply Bamboo flooring for most of our house now! Looks so good, amazing colour (we went for natural), hard wearing (even with two boisterous boys!) and easy to fit. Delivery was quick and when we needed some assistance from the company they were quick to respond and very professional. Would highly recommend them for both the product and customer service.

I left you a garbled message on Saturday - the first day the carpenter was installing the floor. He finished one room on that day (over 20 sq meters).
The floor looked so very beautiful ! that I had to phone you, could not wait until Monday.
On Sunday, in just over a half a day, Simon finished another room (over 25 sq meters).
He texted me (I was in town) saying that the floor is very beautiful and an excellent quality, and that it was an amazingly good choice.
Simon used some of the dividers/reduces, but did not glue them.

It’s our first time ever laying wood flooring, end we can say after 40 square meters of flooring , it’s very user friendly! We had to undo the living room to repair the floorboards, and we found it to be child play!
We can even go so far as to say, we actually enjoyed this flooring project!
Furthermore, we have to mention about there costumer service , from the beginning to the end we heard the smile in their advice!

We bought our strand woven uniclick floor just a year ago, and whilst it is beautiful and feels very solid we've noticed the boards have started moving quite a bit. We have followed the instructions to the T, but it seems that they shrink/dry out more than suggested, so far the biggest gaps are 1/2 cm, so very visible. Our flat is all open plan with no humidity fluctuation issues, so I'm quite surprised by this. Also the protective non-slip coating is extremely sensitive to scratches and chips. which is the opposite to a hard wearing floor I was expecting. We were planning to fit our bedrooms with

Be warned!
It's always a good idea to order a little more than you need when it comes to wood flooring, this is because inevitably there is waste and from time to time a pack that is damaged. The last thing you need when laying floor is to get right to the end and realise that you can't finish.
For this reason I ordered two packs over the required amount, fully expecting that the company would accept unopened returns.....THEY DO NOT!
The product itself is nice.... however the company is not!
They sent me an email suggesting that I should flog the surplus on eBay!!!

Whilst I used this product for my own project, I am an experienced wood flooring contractor with over 20 years in the trade. I'll start with the positives, firstly the medium strand woven bamboo I fitted looks absolutely stunning, it has the warmth of oak but with more subtle variation, and should also prove to be much harder wearing ( it's so hard, when it burns out jigsaw blades and drill bits whilst fitting it !) it was also delivered free of charge very quickly. However, the Uniclic locking system as used by Quickstep does not lend itself to this product at all. The problem arises when you
