Like others on the internet have said this company likes to sell you their products but won't replace or refund and tell you as an installer the problem with the product s your fault and that you need to return at your cost for a repair only not a good customer service and very little customer guarantee I will not use this company in the future there are better branded companies out their for a better cost and guarantee on reliability

I got 11 of their cameras and an alien recorder which I've had for a couple of years.
I added two more cameras inc. lenses and housings (cost approx £400). They were quite happy to recommend what i needed, however when the equipment was set up it became evident that the lenses were not the correct ones for the job. I also had a problem with the housings whereby rain drops were obscuring the cameras vision.
I reported these and requested a refund for the housings as they were not fit for purpose which was denied. Okay I can live with this. I also asked for the lenses to be swapped out for
