Lauren has been with the company since 2012. She oversees each department and manages HR and the day-to-day running of the business. Definitely not use them again and not recommend , after I wait more then 3 months for my cafe new chairs they email me and told me there are still out of stock and won’t be in stock till next January and still they won’t guarantee January. Just a joke I paid the deposit of half of the money and now I had my refund back . I asked the manager when they have that chair in stock if can call me and let me know please , she answered back with out deposit they can’t do !!! Definitely Waste time Poor customer service .

Very impressed. Just received our Old English rustic bar stools. I was a bit nervous about buying something that had been 'distressed', but these have been done really well and look great. Must be based on an original pattern as proportions are lovely. Good, solid cast iron hardware and chunky oak. Searched high and low for stools like this so I'm delighted. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

Went to buy this table was looking at different combinations. Was told I could take today just what I needed I asked the salesman SAM could he go and get me a bench so I could see how it looked “sorry it’s out the back and they don’t like moving things around” Is he having a laugh. Lost a sale just because he couldn’t be bothered. When I went to complain he said “shall I go get you one” well Sam if you couldn’t be bothered the first time - don’t bother.

I purchased a Belfast chair from Peppermill and I have to say that the experience was over and above my expectations, from start to finish.
The couriers were extremely polite and kept me informed on my delivery during their journey. The chair looks perfect in its surroundings in our living room.

Really great large selection of furniture. The stock is a really lovely style and seems good quality. We are very pleased with out dining chairs. The website has very representative pictures but the showroom is really nice. I recommend dropping in if you are in the area as its nice to see the items together.
Most products seem to be kept in stock in the warehouse so you can take away what you buy immediately. The staff were very helpful getting the items in to our car.
