Wonderful service from start to finish. You are definitely treated as an individual and Grant goes out of his way to make sure you get the right price and the perfect flooring for your needs. Grant looks after the project fully, so the whole process then becomes stress free. It's very refreshing to deal with people who are flexible and genuinely concerned that you're happy (rather than being at the mercy of call centres, lead times, and often, rules set in stone). Honestly the best carpet fitters I've had too - David and Ollie couldn't have been more helpful and polite, and always had the time

We wanted to have new carpets fitted by a local, family-run company in Truro and we were really pleased with the price and the result. Grant and Tina were really friendly and helpful throughout, as were the carpet fitters themselves. I have recently had 3 Amtico bathroom floors fitted and an unnatural flooring carpet through out our house. I cannot recommend Endurance Flooring highly enough. The customer service is of the highest order. We dealt with Steve who could not have been more helpful and professional. The bathroom fitters and the carpet fitters were delightful and did an excellent job.

Initially dealt with Grant for queries, samples and was very helpful. Once decided and made up our minds we haggled on the price and were pleasantly surprised they were keen to be competitive (NOTE: In life, if you dont ask, you will never know what you can get... so do Ask ! but compare & shop around )... anyway Steve Blacklaw is the owner and was amenable to securing the order at a discount, and was pleasant about it. We decided to give our order to a Family owned business located in Truro, as that is our philosophy. We chose 80/20 for the Carpet at 50gsm for the Attic , Bedroom and TV room,
