A very good friend of mine who is 84 years old used this company on 07/05/21. Whilst picking up a £79 lock needed to use the lavatory. He asked James the sales person behind the counter politely if he could use the toilet. James said no without apology or explanation. Although there were signs on the door saying due to Covid 19 the use of the toilets were restricted to staff I think a little bit of compassion could have been used. There was no one else in the shop at the time. This is what you get when you try and support local business. Ripped off and poor service. Perhaps a little staff training

I broke a UVPC window key (don't ask.) and had no spare.
I spotted one of their vans when wandering about St Leonard's (did you know that Brock Mansions the Badger Preservation Society is near Lidl?).
Bill was working on a lock but took time out to look at my broken key, reassure me that it could be replaced and give me a business card.
I went the next day and took the two parts plus another key that had no spare (I really thought that all my windows matched and so used the same keys; but no, I have 3 different windows/keys!!).
